Background

Scott Koser is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 30 years of direct investment experience in domestic and international equity and fixed income markets. He has deep experience in securities analysis, fundamental valuation, and investment management, including pension fund assets, an international mutual fund, foundations, endowments and high net worth individuals.

Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, Scott Koser began collecting ideas at an early age for how he’d start his own business one day. His father, a PhD in Economics, first inspired him to seek the intellectual challenges of finance. He’s been married for over 30 years and has three college-aged children. In his free time, he prefers being outdoors, off-shore fishing, and woodworking.

He’s an active volunteer in his community and has held leadership roles for many years, including on the Fairhope UMC Endowment Fund Board of Trustees, Daphne Spanish Fort Rotary, and the Daphne Industrial Development Board.
